Job Title: Retirement Services Specialist

Location: Jacksonville, FL
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr
Bachelor's degree required

Description
• Hours of operation are from 8am-8pm (Mon - Fri) and 10-4 (Saturdays) with a 37.50 hour work week in our Jacksonville, FL location

Retirement and Distribution Services is a call center based environment centrally focused around customer service. Associates will be required to take incoming calls which will allow them to build skill sets relating to direct and indirect client interaction while maintaining their weekly goals. Calls will range from retirement account knowledge on general IRS guidelines to processing distribution requests transferred from Financial Solutions Advisors (FSA’s) or Investment Center (IC) associates for our national clients. All incoming associates will undergo an extensive training course with both classroom and on the job training with a certified mentor. Candidates should be self-motivated, eager to learn and detail oriented within the workplace environment. SKILLS
Expected to demonstrate the following competencies including, but not limited to:

Bachelor's degree
1 years of Banking/ Operations/Finacial Services experience
Professional Demeanor: Ability to conduct oneself with patience, composure, and appropriate attitude
Service Adeptness: Comprehend and empathize with client needs, devote time and effort to satisfy the client’s requests
Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills: Use good research and problem solving skills; know where to go to resolve problems
Communication Skills: Communicate effectively, actively listen and follow-up with question
Must consistently demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills and exhibit a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service ownership via observable call management behaviors
