Responsibilities for Returns Clerk jobs include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by efficient handling of customer orders, delivery, reconciliation, and complaints
  • Communicate with customers regarding RMA sales orders, inventory availability, and delivery dates, as well as any problems encountered.
  • Perform data entry for customer sales orders, inventory transactions and order status tracking Research and resolve customer inquiries or concerns on problems with shipments

 

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Returns Clerk jobs:

  • 1-3 years in customer service capacity
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Excel software. One World experience, a plus
  • Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and follow-through
