Returns Coordinator

Adecco is assisting a local Medical Device client in Mahwah, NJ in recruiting for a temporary position as a Returns Coordinator. The Returns Coordinator supports all efforts associated with Returns, to include service and customer returns, complaints, warranties and returns to vendor for Surgical Workflow and product lines. Ensures balance between customer support and optimal demo inventory levels in management of Demo equipment trial requires. Job Functions: (Primary “essential” duties and responsibilities)

· Ensure timely shipment and tracking of all returns, communicates status to all involved.

· Coordinate and process all Field Service returns, ensuring accurate update of consignment inventory.

· Process Complaint items, and coordinate shipment with Quality Assurance and the Business Units.

· Verify and administer Warranty returns, expediting returns to Business Units for credit.

· Systematically process Returns to Vendor for complaints, warranties and repairs.

· Manage customer owned equipment returned to factories for repair.

· Communicate with the Business Area via Magic and MReturn.

· Provide ad hoc reports via SAP and Excel.

· Research and rectify inventory discrepancies in SAP as required.


Required Skills and Abilities:

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Must have exemplary oral and written communication skills.

· Experience in Reverse Logistics function, including returns processing, credits and returns to vendor.

· Ability to synthesize various, independently generated, data points into a cohesive analysis.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point or equivalent software applications.

· Use of pallet jacks. Must be able to obtain the required certification to operate. (this is only about 5% of the time)


Experience and Education Requirements:

· Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Medical Equipment field but will accept equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Demonstrated experience working in SAP background SD/MM/WM modules.

· Background in medical device industry preferred.



Pay: $22-26/hr depending on experience
