Risk Investigator II

Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
This position will be responsible for identifying problems with items being sold in the catalog and analyzing the process for items being put in the catalog. They will sit in legal meetings and work with the teams in Seattle and India.

Specific Duties:

Careful reading of restricted product category descriptions provided by the Legal team and analyzing product descriptions to confirm or correct previous review decisions about if a product qualifies
Ask well-articulated questions when a Legal description is unclear and track responses
Follow SOPs to create weekly reporting on the project
Look for constant improvement in reporting tools and SOPs
Identify possible trends in the data and help build analyses
Work closely with the Operations team and Quality team to develop training and feedback to provide to reviewers
Provide other support to the Operations team as needed on other operational tasks

Must Have:

High school diploma or GED
High level of attention to detail with close reading skills essential
Ability to articulate questions and trends with precision
Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Preferred Skills:

Prior QA or compliance experience
Advanced Excel skills
Database or query writing experience

Pay Rate: $21.00hr - $23.00hr DOE
Shift Start/End Time: TBD
