PURPOSE OF JOB: Coordinate activities for the receipt, processing and delivery of returned finished good and to ensure that daily volume of work is processed accurately and on  time. Generate work orders and/or sales orders to process ongoing RMA shipments. Receive incoming shipments into enterprise system and update system documentation. Research, communicate, and resolve RMA shipment and inventory issues.


  1. Serve as primary interface with customers on returns and RMA matters. Ensure customer satisfaction by efficient handling of customer orders, delivery, reconciliation, and complaints
  2. Communicate with customers regarding RMA sales orders, inventory availability, and delivery dates, as well as any problems encountered. Research and prepare reports, analyzes information to stakeholders
  3. Monitor, interpret, and follow-up on RMA database and report information to track orders. Perform data entry for customer sales orders, inventory transactions and order status tracking
  4. Troubleshoot issues. Ensure effective resolution and interface with other departments to resolve discrepancies. Research and resolve customer inquiries or concerns on problems with shipments
  5. Organize and coordinate RMA handlers and clerks during processing of returns or RMA goods
  6. Assure compliance to standards and code of conduct


  1. Perform sorting and filing. Create spreadsheet reports
  2. Perform other job responsibilities, as necessary, and/or assigned


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:

  1. Ability to move 40+ pounds
  2. Working with computers for the majority of the day (looking into the screen and performing data entry and computer keyboarding)
  3. Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time with good manual dexterity
  4. Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperature is affected by weather conditions


  1. 1-3 years in customer service capacity
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education or experience
  3. Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
  4. Proficiency with Excel software. One World experience, a plus
  5. Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and follow-through
