RN - Qualified Health Professional


One of the largest privately-owned national providers in NYC is looking for a Qualified Health RN due to expansion, to work at either their Brooklyn or Staten Island site (whatever is better for you). Almost half a century’s experience in the community, located in over 40 states, they provide services to more than 2 million people annually, across the nation! Position based in ambulatory, outpatient clinic.
Hours 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, no on-call shifts!
Looking for RN with NY license, acting as facility’s qualified health professional—key player for clinical assessments & reassessments, truly the Sherlock Holmes of all medical, health-related documents & conditions including WeCARE referrals as well as psychosocial & disabilities assessment administrations. This role truly acts as the glue to the clinical team, adding cross-functional value to the facility!
RN with an empathetic spirit and pure at heart would be the most fulfilled in this role with experience working with special groups (ex: ESL, special needs, pediatrics, geriatric)

Current NY License


Experience in home health, working with the disabled, or with public programs such as TANF preferred, but not required.
Exceptional customer service and engagement skills
Bilingual or multilingual preferred, but not required.
Experience in fast-paced, team environment that is performance driven

Training or experience in motivational interviewing
