Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Roadside Assistance Inbound Call Center  jobs in Ft Lauderdale, FL.  This position is a temp to hire opportunity!

Roadside Assistance Inbound Call Center position requires candidates to answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to our customers, following program guidelines and call center standards in a professional environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  •  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and web based applications 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily work processing deadlines
  • Able to work calmly in emergency situations
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • Spanish/English and English positions Available
  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and web based applications
