SUMMARY
Sets-up and operates a machine to that tests the composite core in a prescribed quality control process in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Adjusts machine setting to complete tasks according to specifications in a timely fashion.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
� Sets-up and operates the testing of the composite core to a prescribed bend radius.
� Reads and interprets procedures and guidelines.
� Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
� Performs a variety of tasks to complete goals.
� Works under general supervision.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
� High school graduate or equivalent.
� Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
� Follow documented processes using best and safe practices.
� Use and operate measuring instruments, such as calipers.
� Familiar with quality paperwork and understand ISO and quality control processes.
� Maintain a high degree of integrity in recording quality issues.
� Willingness to cross train and share knowledge and skills with others.
� Maintain required and accurate paperwork.
� Housekeeping/maintenance of work area and machinery.
� Identify and initiate product and process improvements.
� Safety- and goal-oriented.
� Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs.
� Operate various types of forklift and pallet jacks.
� Execute basic math skills.
� Perform in a team environment.

Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
