Safety Administrative Assistant


Adecco is currently assisting a local client in Wilmington, OH in search for an experienced Administrative Assistant in the Safety Compliance Department.

This candidate will adhere to confidentiality guidelines, must have previous administrative experience and great phone etiquette.


We have openings on Monday through Friday 7pm-3am – third shift with flexibility!

Pay for this position is $13/hr



  • Provide Administrative support to Safety team.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to answer multi-line phone system and direct callers to appropriate staff.
  • Good organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to use office equipment (scanner, printer, and copier).
  • Any additional duties not otherwise stated but necessary to maintaining office functions assigned by department leadership.
