ADECCO is currently assisting a premier golf cart/UTV manufacturer with an immediate opportunity for:

Sales Account Manager
W2 Contract 6+ months
Evans, GA
Pay Rate: 18.35 Per hour


JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Will be using phone, answering customer questions, lots of customer interfacing via phones and emails. Also following up with customers. Conversion to fulltime opportunity if top performance.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Resolve customer’s service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise
Builds and maintains consistent client interaction and is responsible for establishing and maintaining daily operational and tactical relationships with client and respective strategic partners.
Maintains a high level of knowledge about client, their products, and the products of competitors within the industry.
Participate in development of client programs and is involved in proactive strategic marketing ideas and execution/launch of new programs.
Manages and understands client data structure, standardization, integration, reporting and analysis.
Supervises program activity and work in progress to ensure timely and profitable deliverables to the client. Facilitates estimation and budgeting as well as monthly billing processes. refunding money, and adjusting bills.
Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.



Education/Experience:

High School degree and equivalent proven experience. College degree preferred.
2 to 4 years customer service related experience required.
Verbal and written communication skills to be professional on the telephone
Order management/ entry experience is required
Excellent A+ customer service with client interface expertise
High interpersonal skills and visible positive enthusiasm
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. Attention to detail
Proficient with computer applications like MS Office.
Skilled at data management systems with good analytical ability - Order entry experience



Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 8am to 5 pm Strict hours (1 Hour lunch)
