Core Duties/Responsibilities:

Develop strategic sales plans for customer accounts to facilitate profitable business growth in alignment with the company’s established revenue goals.


Meet established budgetary new target growth as defined annually by the business.
Serve as a cross functional liaison between your customers and the ------manufacturing teams to facilitate productive communications, planning and interactions; and resolutions for technical, commercial, quality and/or delivery issues.
Establishing credibility with your key customers by predicting customer needs or problems and effectively translating them into corresponding solutions in an accurate, effective and timely fashion.
Effectively reporting financial objectives, results and market trends and other key information pertaining to the automotive business sales and marketing leadership team in a timely manner.
Actively understand ------ competition within your key accounts in order to develop strategies to win new business.
Provide weekly sales forecasts updates to the manufacturing team to aid in effective management of labor and materials
Ensure and aid the finance team in the pursuit of improved receivable collections
Provide insight and participate in continuous improvement activities that will aid in the improvement of customer satisfaction, plant efficiency and market growth
Perform other Job related responsibilities as required to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications or Requirements:


Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience using analytical, presentation and negotiation skills in a customer/ supplier business environment required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be willing and able to travel as dictated by business need – can expect up to 50%

Mostly within USA, including some international travel to Mexico.

Strong project management and organizational skills along with the proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and team members


Preferred Qualifications or Requirements:

Minimum of five years sales experience preferred
EPP, GMT, LWRT experience preferred
Bilingual English and Japanese preferred


Business or engineering degree preferred


Automotive and plastics or composites experience preferred
