Responsibilities for Sales Admin jobs include but are not limited to:

  • Create custom product lists and quotes using advanced Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, writing formulas for sums)
  • High volume of email to view, track, and respond to
  • Special order tracking and follow up
  • Researching products including pricing and availability
  • Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Sales Admin jobs:

  • MUST have advanced Excel - pivot tables and vlookups experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • Outlook , Microsoft Word (Mail Merge experience preferred)
