SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are looking to hire a manufacturing representative for a company that represents consumer product goods to retailers, catalogers and e-commerce sites in the Midwest!

Some Responsibilities Include: • Handle and process client deductions and trade spend management. • Create and maintain pricing databases. • Manage shipping container information. • Assist in presentation creation. • Assist with forecasting. • Assist with planogram databases. • Assist with pulling reports. • Assist with meeting preparation

. • Some travel maybe required. Skills: • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Attention to detail and organizational skills is critical • Excellent communicator • Self starter • Extensive experience with Excel and PowerPoint • Forecasting experience would be a plus
• Retail support background • Problem solving and trouble shooting a must • Accepts ownership for all tasks and responsibilities assigned • Reliable

Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Pay: TBD Based on Expererience* (Salary)
