Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Direct Hire Sales Administrator role in Irvine, CA. This position is related to the Beauty Industry! As a Sr Sales Coordinator/ Sales Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the Regional Sales Manager and a sales team, maintaining accurate databases, professional proposals and presentations, and other support duties. Responsibilities for this Sales Administrator job include:

¿ Build positive relationships with customers
¿ Manage customer orders, quoting/pricing, return authorizations, order processing with Corporate office
¿ Maintain all reports (forecasting, contacts. Leads, quotes etc)
¿ Track all sales initiative for all product lines; other related duties as needed
¿ Will travel periodically to trades shows
¿ Work with clients and designers regarding colors, fabric selection, measurements etc


¿ Bachelor Degree minimum
¿ 2-4 years¿ experience working in the Health and Beauty industry
¿ Intermediate to Advance in Excel, Word, Salesforce, AutoCAD
¿ Excellent Communication skills
¿ Design experience is a plus

Pay rate $42, 000 annually. Monday thru Friday 8-5 work schedule
