Sales Administrator

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Direct Hire Sales Administrator role in Irvine, CA.  This position is related to the Beauty Industry! As a Sr Sales Coordinator/ Sales Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the Regional Sales Manager and a sales team, maintaining accurate databases, professional proposals and presentations, and other support duties. Responsibilities for this Sales Administrator job include:

 

  • Build positive relationships with customers  
  • Manage customer orders, quoting/pricing, return authorizations, order processing with Corporate office  
  • Maintain all reports (forecasting, contacts. Leads, quotes etc)
  • Track all sales initiative for all product lines; other related duties as needed
  • Will travel periodically to trades shows
  • Work with clients and designers regarding colors, fabric selection, measurements etc                                             

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor Degree minimum    
  • 2-4 years’ experience working in the Health and Beauty industry   
  • Intermediate to Advance in Excel, Word, Salesforce, AutoCAD
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Design experience is a plus               

 

 

Pay rate $40, 000- $45,000  annually. Monday thru Friday 8-5 work schedule
