CLERICAL ADMIN. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Inputting data into commercial invoices.
Maintains commercial invoice templates for the customer.
Assists in resolving order and inventory problems.
Working with warehouse and sales team to ensure outgoing shipments to customer.
Provide tracking information to the customer after shipment has been made.
Any other duties and responsibilities as required to support the overseas customer with the export of products.

Sales Assistant Skills and Qualifications:

Data Entry Skills, Microsoft Office with a focus on MS Excel, Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Understanding the Customer, Self-Starter, Attention to Detail, Professionalism and ability to communicate effectively, and working in a team environment.
