Adecco USA is seeking top notch applicants with attention to details for long term DATA ENTRY/PROOFING position in Frederick, MD. The position primarily focuses on the review of business transactions coming from the various field locations to ensure that contractual arrangements, sales, and income are recognized properly. The overall goal of the Sales Audit Department is to drive increased profitability by identifying training opportunities, correcting transactional errors, and providing a safety net against negligence and/or fraud.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Major responsibilities of the position are listed below. To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to execute each essential duty satisfactorily. - Auditing daily business from retail stores.
- Processing transactions from affiliated businesses that rent Music & Arts instruments for commissions.
- Entering contract and transaction information accurately and completely.
- Identifying and correcting errors and omissions on documents and contracts.
- Policing the customer and rental database for accuracy.
- Each member of the department is expected to remain versed in current business practices; both to maintain his/her level of performance and to effectively audit transactions coming from the field.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma required. Two year associate degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum two years experience working in an office environment required
- Business, finance, or accounting experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities

- Proficiency required in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred.
- Ability to file accurately (alphabetically and/or numerically).

- Excellent deductive reasoning and problem solving skills.

Physical Demand & Work Effort

- Individuals employed in Sales Audit are expected to be able to remain on task throughout the day even though the work tends to be high volume and of a repetitive nature at times.
- Work assignments are generally not physically demanding but do require high levels of concentration and accuracy.
