Job Title: Contract Support Specialist
Duration: 5 months contract
Location: Greenwood Village, CO
Pay Rate: $50 / hour

Job Summary:



The Spectrum Enterprise Product Marketing team is responsible for designing and managing product marketing strategies, plans and positioning to help our family of Networking, Voice and Video services grow in the market. Articulating our product-specific story and product value proposition through multiple communications tools is essential to our effectiveness.
The Sales Tool Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that requested product collateral, product PowerPoint presentation materials, CRM-based product messaging, product or vertical web site updates other technical selling materials are produced, approved and delivered to their final digital destinations accurately and on time. You’ll work with Product Marketing Managers and Vertical Marketing Managers to identify requirements and graphic needs, Brand teams to ensure compliance, Copywriters to incorporate necessary copy and Agency resources to ensure layouts are to specification.

Responsibilties:

• Own the production process of seller-, product, industry- or channel-supporting materials
• Retrieve specifications for new or updated materials from internal partners and initiate the development of materials on their behalf
• Traffic the production of materials by ensuring teams involved in different stages of process are able to receive, review, adjust and approve materials within timelines. Follow up with resources as needed and engage project stakeholders to help advance delayed initiatives
• Ensure material is routed for final approval with internal resources including Brand and Legal teams
• Maintain a standard for produced deliverables to ensure consistency across various assets
• Maintain updates schedules for all product assets to ensure routine reviews occur for relevancy
• Support updates to CRM systems with provided materials or copy
• Occasionally assign work to outside resources and provide guidance to resources for graphic support or production of video
• Maintain production schedules and progress updates on projects

Requirements:


• Extremely strong attention to detail
• Visual acuity to ensure consistency in layouts and material design
• Strong project and time management skills
• Self-starter with ability to drive projects to completion
• Vendor management and cross team collaboration
• Competent in Microsoft office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Adobe suite experience is beneficial


Experience and Education:


• Bachelor degree
• 5+ years relevant professional experience
• Specific experience creating, supporting or managing sales collateral or product communications helpful
• Familiarity with B2B, software or high-tech marketing communications experience is helpful
