Adecco is sourcing for a Sales Compensation Administrator for a large national client in Irving, TX  This an outstanding opportunity with a  pharmaceutical group that is global.  Position is temp to hire.  


Position Description

The Sales Compensation Administrator will be responsible for compensation plan administration and calculation for our Field Sales organization.  Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure commissions and bonus calculations are done accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Review sales commission requests submitted by the Field Sales team within
  • Provide excellent customer service to Field Sales team by addressing questions promptly regarding commissions.
  • Reconcile sales compensation payments if necessary.
  • Document current processes.
  • UAT testing of Compensation System

Minimum Requirements
5+ years HR, accounting, finance, finance analytics or similar experience

Critical Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including advanced Excel skills
  • Clear and concise communication skills; must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers

Additional Knowledge & Skills

  • Customer service experience and skills
  • experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment including strong time management skills and ability to prioritize


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
