Sales Compensation Analsyt

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Sales Compensation Analyst job in San Clemente, CA.  This is a temporary to hire opportunity. As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for compiling, organizing, and reporting commissions, bonuses, incentives, and goals, KPI’s and other sales specific compensation and contest reporting. Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrated success in a compensation or analytical capacity is required.  Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!


Responsibilities for this Sales Compensation Analyst job include:

  • Develop and maintain systems and templates to process goals, commissions, and bonuses           
  • Submit compensation calculations to local Sales management, HR, and Finance for review and validation; upload to payroll with all documentation
  • Develop analysis to understand business drivers and key components influencing trends in the core business
  • Unsure accuracy of all reports
  • Research, reconcile, and resolve commission discrepancies with the sales team
  • Other related duties as needed





  • 3-5  years of related experience         
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written is a must  
  • Bachelor Degree is REQUIRED; Preferably in Math, Financial, or Economics principles  
  • Intermediate to Expert level in Microsoft Office/ Excel is required
  • Knowledge of and willingness to learn, Tableau Analytics and Compensation Automation Tools; such as Xactly and Callidus Cloud                    



Salary is $65,000 -$75,000 annually.  Schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM-5PM but must be available for overtime when needed
