Position: Sales Compensation Analyst

Location: Dublin, OH

Duration: 3 - 6 Months (Temp to Perm)

Compensation: $31.25 - $36.06/hr

Job Function
Seeking Business/Finance Analyst to build and enhance processes supporting the administration of sales compensation programs.

• Provides reporting and data to assist in sales compensation plan design processes
• Builds financial templates and models to calculate sales compensation payouts based on plan designs
• Pulls and analyzes data from various sources to calculate sales compensation payouts on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Adheres to compensation Standard Operating Procedures and governance model

Position Requirements:
• Bachelors in business or related field required
• Minimum 5 years of general business experience
• Sales compensation administration experience is beneficial, but not required
• Advanced computer skills.
• Must have experience building detailed Excel models and conducting financial analysis
• Must be able to work independently and generate conclusions around data
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills required
