Seeking with help to develop and maintain accurate sales quotas, ensuring these are accurately reflected in sales compensation plans
On a monthly basis, deliver accurate sales performance data required by the various components sales compensation plans (including bookings, revenue and other sales performance metrics). This data will be pulled from our CRM, Salesforce.
Coordinate closely with sales leaders to establish timely sign-off processes on sales performance data; act as point of contact for inquiries related to revenue crediting and commission calculations
Manage sales compensation plan exception requests (e.g. mid-year reductions in sales quota) and track any approved revenue sharing situations between teams or individuals
Ensure that appropriate governance mechanisms and processes are in place for all non-standard revenue crediting or plan exceptions, including creating and maintaining procedural documents to describe operational processes, and seeking and recording required approvals
Work closely with our Finance, Salesforce and People team to ensure data accuracy and system optimization, making our processes more automated and robust along the way
Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity between systems and tools, and drive ongoing data cleansing/data improvement tasks
Help to design, manage, and track/audit sales incentives programs formal sales compensation plans, e.g. sales leader board contests, seasonal campaigns, etc
