Sales Coordinator

Adecco is in search of a Sales Coordinator for a direct hire position with a long standing client in South Charleston, Ohio. The ideal Sales Coordinator will be a great communicator (both written and verbally), highly organized, have a high proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, a critical thinker/problem solver, and preferably have a degree in business or a related field and/or experience in business/sales. 

Basic warehouse/manufacturing experience and an understanding of the Japanese language is a plus!

Essential Functions 

  1. Collect and summarize sales data for weekly and monthly reconciliation. Complete required documents to review with management.
  2. Maintain pricing control through document/system control, investigation and evaluation of pricing variances. To include request and follow up with Accounting for debit/credit memos, reconciling aging reports and reconciliation of monthly statements to customers.
  3. Collect and summarize data for Request for Quotations (RFQ). Complete required documents to review with management.
  4. Support new model activities as requested to include internal evaluations and customer new model reviews.
  5. Collect and summarize data for design changes and compensation requests.  Fill out necessary related documents.
  6. Support all activities as needed.  Complete special projects from management.
  7. Support new business development.
  8. Other duties as assigned
