Job Title: Sales Coordinator - Campaign Manager
Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Position Description:
The “World’s Largest Search Engine” is looking for a Sales Coordinator.

Agents will work closely with New Business Account Executives to execute various outbound campaigns and conduct initiatives to find, contact, and engage prospective customers regarding G Suite. Candidates will be analytical, strategic and persistent, and must thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment where flexibility is critical. Attention to detail via extensive follow-up, tracking, and administrative tasks will also be an important aspect of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute new business sales campaigns through various tactics including cold calling, emailing, and social selling (LinkedIn) to prospective G Suite customers in collaboration with Cloud Partners.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and partners to develop targeted sales campaigns with solution focused messaging for business and IT executives.
  • Develop and maintain internal report, lead list and daily operations related to new business prospect lead generation while reporting out progress against quarterly success metrics.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with Account Executives and partners in line with territory coverage approach.
  • Ensure all business processes, policies and work practices are followed to the highest standards (systems use, sales methodology, communication standards, reaction speeds etc).
  • Hit weekly and monthly targets including; Meetings set, contacts emailed, contacts called, opportunities generated for sales team.

Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Confident written and verbal communicator in the English language
  • Strong sales outreach experience, comfortable interacting with customers, starting conversations, and managing multiple tasks effectively

Desired
  • 1 year of experience in demand generation, sales development, business development with a tech company.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Sheets, Macros, SQL
