Adecco Direct Placement is currently recruiting experienced Korean speaking candidates for a Direct Hire Sales Executive job in New York with one of our top clients in sport manufacturing.


SUMMARY
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for creating/managing national sales reps. in the new market segment & developing top key clients in various industries with our premium sport products. Furthermore, you’ll be assisting the Sales Director with his daily assignments that engage/develop short/long projects to establish new account/clients and to fulfill clientele satisfaction along with achieving the company’s goal.
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:

Creating & Establishing national sales representatives in various markets.
Training sales associates online/offline to educate our product/services.
Constantly researching new business opportunities by exploring various markets and industries.
Participating in trade shows, client visits, and sales rep. training onsite.
Owning financial reporting and weekly updates on sales rep. performance data.
Assisting with recruiting to fill positions with highly motivated and exceptional regional sales representatives.
Building our customer community by becoming a “brand ambassador”
Working closely with overseas factory to cater custom private label program from proto to bulk production.
Developing sales tool by working with our internal marketing team to distribute great resources to sales reps. & clientele.
Working with Merchandiser to forecast new trends and forecast clientele’s demand.
Maintaining customer/prospect relationships via personal visits, email, phone correspondence and other manners of contact such as professional organizations and social media sites, etc.


WHO YOU ARE / ELIGIBILITY:

You have 5+ years experience managing National sales reps., high-volume retail, with a focus on customer experience.
You are action oriented, pushing for faster learning and results.
You are an energetic team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
You have a natural ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
You are skilled at mediating and negotiating to resolve conflicts.
You have strong communication skills in both (English & Korean).
You’re comfortable in a start-up environment.


You’re ambitious to generate qualified leads turning them into customers for territory growth.



REQUIREMENTS:

Occasional overnight trips for customer visits or other business-related travel.
PC proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel, Power Point and company ERP system, preferably Navision.
Bilingual in English & Korean required.
Must possess strong organization, prioritization, creative skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage complexity.
Must have proactive, entrepreneurial attitude with ability to take initiative and work independently.
Must have a Knowledge of competitive marketplace.
Experience in Fashion/apparel/promotional industry preferred. Experience in sport category plus!
