Adecco Direct Placement is currently recruiting experienced candidates for a Direct Hire Sales Manager job in Northern Cincinnati with one of our top clients. The Sales Coordinator will establish a partnership with each member of the Team to maximize selling time, ensure accurate orders, achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and ultimately be a strong contributor to the achievement of department and company sales volume goals. They will apply excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, expertise in sales relations, ability to anticipate needs, and comprehensive product knowledge to act as a true extension of the Sales Team. The salary for this position is based on experience- 40k to 50k annually.

Position Responsibilities:

Generate special sample, catalog, follow up and general business letters.
Interact with client and vendors as needed to finalize the order.
Make introduction phone calls and introduce potential customers company’s offerings
Make follow up phone calls, set up meetings, and arrange to send samples to potential customers as needed.
Investigate order discrepancies with customer and other customer satisfaction issues.
Assist brokers, executives in making sales happen.
Provide sales and product expertise for overflow and bounced calls from Sales
Team where immediate assistance is required and the Sales Team is not immediately available, offering a seamless transition to the sales process whenever possible.
Help prepare marketing and sales materials to enhance sales.
Provides support and assistance to fellow team members/departments, as needed, in order to meet company/team goals including but not limited to assisting with incoming queue sales calls.
Complete any projects assigned by the supervisor including but not limited to weekly and monthly reports, data entry, prospect mailings and any other sales support functions that may arise.
Remain open to travel for tradeshows and meetings as required. Travel is no more than 10%


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
Minimum 5 years prior sales or customer service experience is required.
Excellent skill sets in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook


The salary for this position is based on experience and qualifications- 40k to 50k. Healthcare benefits are not available, but they do offer paid holidays, vacation time, and a retirement plan.
