Sales Manager

Adecco Staffing has a DIRECT HIRE job opening as a Sales Manager. 
My client is a leading manufacturer based out of New Oxford, PA and is seeking a loyal employee with high standards to fill the position of Sales. They are a well-established and growing company who provides excellent benefits and working environment for their employees.  
Job Objective:  Manage employees in the sales department, manage customer accounts, and assist in resolving quality issues or customer complaints.  They are opening with $70-$80K salary based on experience. 
Responsibilities:
1.    Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests.
2.    Negotiate pricing for high volume quotes.
3.    Oversee order entry and pricing accuracy.
4.    Prepare month-end reports.
5.    Identify emerging markets and market shifts.
6.    Achieve sales growth by successfully managing a sales team.
7.    Manage sales associates¿ tracking of accounts.
8.    Participate in staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop sales team.
9.    Coach and mentor a team of customer service and sales representatives.
10.    Assist customers in resolving quality issues with product.
11.    Set up new accounts and new parts for existing customers.
12.    Occasionally travel to trade shows and conferences with outside sales representative.  
13.    React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
14.    Leadership and coaching skills
15.    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The Sales Manager must be available to work during regular business hours, 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, and a minimum of 45 hours per week. Starting salary is based on experience.
