Sales and Marketing Assistant
Requirements:
-4-year degree in Marketing, Business or applicable major
-Proficiency in MS Office Skills
-Able to utilize social media platforms; FB, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest
-Good verbal communication skills
-Strong written communication skills
-Ability to gather data and perform basic research
-Well organized and able to prioritize
-Comfortable making sales calls and receiving customer service calls
-Able to travel for tradeshows and customer service
-Eager to learn and grow with the company
-Ability to work with others with an overall team spirit
-Skills in Illustrator or photoshop a plus, not required
Job Description:
-Support and participate in Sales & Marketing Director projects
-Assist in organizing sales campaigns and developing marketing strategies
-Use Mailchimp for sales and marketing campaigns
-Phone local customers regarding weekly orders
-Receive Sales orders via email, phone, etc.
-Enter Sales Orders in Quickbooks
-Schedule local deliveries
-File claims for trade show participation reimbursements
-Assist customers with basic questions regarding product and service
-Take initial information and message from new potential clients
-Manage inventory of marketing materials
-Assist in preparation of information for new clients and prospects
-Assist in preparation of show booth and items needed for tradeshows
-Participate in tradeshows
-Perform market research via phone, internet, etc.
-Utilize CRM software and participate in implementing program
-Gain knowledge of marketing and branding strategy
