Sales Operations Analyst

Adecco is urgently seeking a Sales Operations Analyst for a project in Parsippany, NJ. This is a 3 month project.

The Sales Operations Analyst will work with business unit, sales management, and finance leaders, to manage all aspects of the Sales Incentives Operations relationship. This includes sales quota/goal development, sales crediting, sales inquiries/resolution,  and segmentation and call target processes. The goal is to improve / increase the accuracy and timeliness with the associated deliverables to HQ sales and field management. Additional functions of this position include the quota / goal and segmentation / call target development process, management and reporting of Services sales data, select data analytics, data validations, and Sales Incentive Bonus

Education & Experience:

• Demonstrated competency in business acumen, analytical skills, influencing skills, strategic thinking, project management, and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Master’s degree preferred

• Sales Operations experience preferred

• Superior attention to detail

• Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Technical Skill required:

• Data Visualization
• Business Acumen

Technical Skills Preferred:

• “R” / Python
• Tableau
