The Sales Order Entry Support Associate job require the candidate to provide support to the Grocery Promo planning team by generating reports, maintaining data and written communication. If you meet the qualifications listed below, APPLY NOW!

Responsibilities for the Sales Order Entry Support Associate job include but are not limited to:

  • Review open orders, future projects and material in transit with customers.
  • Review orders weekly to ensure accuracy, investigate /coordinate corrective action and reconcile discrepancies between delivery dates or missed dates.
  • Implement order strategies through cross functional collaboration between supply chain, customer service and the production facilities worldwide.
  • Ensure smooth transport of materials from our production facilities to customers’ door, including providing proper documentation for customs procedures.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and sales team member for orders, contract review, delivery schedules and resolution of customer inquiries or issues.
  • Clearly communicates inventory status, replenishment of inventory, costs and order status.
  • Invoices customers and enters necessary credit notes into system for accurate billing.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the Sales Order Entry Support Associate job:

  • 2 years of supply chain, inventory management or customer service work in manufacturing or similarity fast-paced work environment.
  •  High proficiency with MS office suite (Outlook, Excel, Work and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of ERP or SAP.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to interact with staff, partners and the public with a calm and professional demeanor, pleasant and clear tone of voice, and follow with their requests.
  • High School diploma or GED.
