We are currently searching for a temp to hire Sales Project Coordinator in Cranberry Twp, PA.

The Sales Project Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate generation of residential and commercial quotations based upon the needs of the customer and job-related specifications. In addition, this position is responsible for product inventory, ensuring consistent supply and proper reconciliation of inventory expenditures and product.

• Generate accurate residential and commercial quotations within a timely manner based upon customer requests and job-related specifications.
• Services existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
• Schedule templates in a timely manner taking into consideration all factors of each project including location and availability to ensure an effective and efficient appointment while providing high-quality customer service and interaction.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Promote a positive attitude within the company.
• Partners with the Sales department on a wide range of issues, projects, and assignments.
Performs other duties as assigned by functional manager.
• Must be coachable with excellent communication skills and have the ability to meet deadlines - Must be assertive, persistent, and good listener


Required Experience:

• Advanced to Expert level experience and knowledge in Microsoft Office, specifically, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
• 3-5 years relevant B2B experience required
• Highly motivated and responsible self-starter with the ability to work under pressure.
• Customer oriented and able to solve problems.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Able to meet sales goals.
• Good prospecting skills.
