Position Summary
Responsible for seasonal and non-seasonal vaccine category expansion and sales growth with primarily targeted accounts; but, may also include calling on and developing new seasonal and non-seasonal vaccine business with new accounts using phone and other electronic means

Responsibilities
Prospect Conversion - 70%
• Sell company seasonal and non-seasonal vaccine products via telephone and through other electronic means.
• Generate prospective customers and close sales through calling existing active customers, cold-calling inactive customers and prospect lists.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry and vendor products/offerings with vendor site visits and other means, as well as the competitive posture of the Company
• Works closely with manufacturers’ representatives as well as McKesson category managers, sales managers, and sales reps
• Exercises judgment with defined procedures to determine appropriate action
• Displays thorough knowledge of company products and value added programs
• Prepare quotes and negotiate sales transactions for seasonal and non-seasonal vaccine products
Existing Expansion - 20%
• Perform tasks listed above, while identifying opportunities to grow sales and capitalize on opportunities within existing customers while recording all pertinent information in Salesforce.com CRM Tool
Maintain - 10%
• Focused on clinical support for products, education of business tools/support and sales history analysis to recommend tools

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 2 years relevant experience preferred
• Adaptive and solutions based approach to selling
• Ability to work autonomously and be workplace resilient
• Goal oriented, competitive, and results driven
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and navigate organizational complexity in a start-up department.
• Detail oriented with good problem solving skills
• Good reasoning abilities and sound judgment
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Engaging and confident phone demeanor
• Ability to understand technology systems and customer connectivity platforms and articulate the value that they deliver to customers.
• High level of computer proficiency in: Outlook Office, (Particularly Excel) and Salesforce.com
• Willingness to relocate for career growth a plus
