Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for an organized Sales Representative in Carrollton, KY.  This is a long-term opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. As a Sales Representative you will perform routine sales duties and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing & maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers. Responsibilities:

 

  • Represent the company to all incoming clients in a professional manner
  • Outbound warm and cold calling to current and potential customers.
  • Work with outside sales representatives as needed.
  • Convert leads and increase conversion percentages.
  • Account management

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years prior experience.
  • Good communication and organizational skills required.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Computer savvy; internet usage required.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and in an ever-changing environment along with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to approach conflict resolution with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma.

 

Pay will be based off experience.  Must be flexible with schedule and have the ability to work weekends.
