Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:                 
 

This position will support the Sales team by undertaking duties to ensure that all administrative and support functions of the sales department are operating effectively.

• Maintaining, updating and distributing the capability list to the pertaining individuals. Upload latest revision to platforms including but not limited to AEX, ILS, One Aero, The 145 and to the MRO library.

• Respond to RFQs from customers via phone, email and b2b platforms efficiently in a timely and friendly manner. Provide and Ensure the accuracy of bid pricing by assisting and coordinating with subsidiaries when responding to large bids.

• Update Weekly and Monthly sales reports and gather the information from different departments for the monthly KPI meeting.

• Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

• Coordinate with Corporate VP’s for dinner reservations, order lunch for visiting customer’s, arrange travel and hotel accommodations for auditors and book travel plans for clients and customers.

• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as faxing, laminating and photocopying

• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)

• Inform Maintenance of issues that arise. Assist maintenance with code enforcement and other administrative requests

• Aviation & MRO  Experience (aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul) Experience.

 

Must Have:

 

• High school Diploma or GED

• Previous sales & Customer service experience recommended

• Quantum Experience a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Well-organized and Responsible

• Able to meet deadlines.

• Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative.

• Proficient with MS Word, Excel or similar internal business management programs.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multi task and Friendly Attitude

• Proficiency in English, Spanish is recommended.
