Sales Support Assistant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with factory, customers, buying team, Florida and warehouse to expedite the processing and timely shipments of orders in support of SW Retail domestic and international accounts.
  • Check order details and pricing in multiple currencies
  • Prepare orders in Excel to be sent to typists in Florida
  • Order entry in CCSI and OMS
  • Communicate order changes and cancellations. Make changes in the system
  • Utilize reports and correspond with factories to actively track deliveries
  • Request extensions from customers/sales reps, when necessary. Respond to extension requests in the system.
  • Create and update DEIs (data exchange instance)
  • Provide info to customers/buyers
  • Maintain spreadsheet of orders
  • Order confirmations with size runs to customers
  • Release orders for shipment including distribution of bulk orders
  • Process reorders
  • UPC/NRF setups
  • Transfers

  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proven ability to multi task
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
  • Must be comfortable working in Excel- knowledge of VLOOKUP and pivot tables is required
  • Basic understanding of product life cycle- from order entry, to production, to shipments to customers
  • College degree preferred
