Sales Support Liaison

A Sales Support Liaison job in San Diego, CA is available through Adecco Medical and Science. The Sales Liaison will be working on-site at our client's office in Rancho Bernardo and managing all aspects of account relationships while providing excellent service and support. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must in order to manage these sensitive relationships, and a background in account management and customer service.

This is a full time contract to hire role with potentially flexible hours scheduled:

Monday-Friday 8AM - 5PM


Sales Support Liaison responsibilities include:

Managing several accounts "post-sale" and being the face of the company
Championing the customer/client at all levels
Maintainting strong relationships with clients and awareness of competition to prevent attrition
Understanding the needs of clients and sales team and providing support where needed (this requires strong knowledge of products and services to pinpoint effective solutions)
Doing market research and providing feedback to improve processes


Qualifications:

3-5 years relevant experience (healthcare/biotech and or medical billing setting highly preferred)
Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Associate degree required, Bachelor degree highly preferred
Previous experience using a CRM solution and/or database required
Ability to cultivate long term relationships with clients and customers
Excellent oral and written communication skills
