POSITION: Sales Support / Administrative
LOCATION: Harleysville, PA
PAY RATE: $18.00 / Hour
HOURS: 8:00 – 5:00 M-F
DURATION: 4 Months + long term contract with possible extensions or permanant offer

This position within the Sales & Marketing Department, is responsible for performing the job of Inside Sales Support for both the HKP and DFS business units. Additionally, may support other departments as time allows in order to maximize the efficiency of the front office.


Receive and process all Ecommerce Orders in the Oracle system
Process all RMO’s and Credits for both the Harleysville and Rock Creek factories
Perform the task of proofing all orders entered or amended by the Customer Service team
Maintain various hard copy files which includes but is not limited to: Sales Orders, Pricing Packets, Customer Contracts & Agreements
Maintain various electronic files by scanning, loading and labeling documents
Process outgoing and incoming mail
Answer incoming calls directing those callers to the appropriate person or group
Other duties may include, but are not limited to: Working on special projects or other duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager.

Basic accounting knowledge required
Computer proficiency
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and in a clear, pleasant and professional manner.
Strong customer orientation


Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
High School diploma or equivalent
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team oriented environment


Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and present to Inside Sales Manager.


Visual acuity
Clear verbal and written communications.
Must be able to work in an air-conditioned environment 8 hours per day


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly asked to multi-task moving from written or computer work, to answering telephone calls, to answering internal customer questions
Must be able to maintain focus, accuracy and professional composure in a fast paced, high stress environment
