Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Sales support experience a must with experience in the insurance or financial industries preferred.
Results oriented with proven track record in increasing sales through both onsite and virtual training.
Superior facilitation, presentation and communication skills. Ability to engage and keep the attention, focus and participation of client branch personnel to achieve desired performance/sales results.
Superior listening skills with the ability to quickly and effectively integrate feedback.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently under minimal direct supervision.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
