Requirements:
1-3 years of sales/ customer service experience preferred
Bachelor degree preferred
Organization, punctuality and time management skill highly desired
Must be comfortable with assisting with friendly manner

Responsibilities:

Respond quickly and efficiently to sales and service calls
Assist walk-in customers
Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their needs
Process orders,quotes,credits,transfers, purchase orders and work orders via computer
Route freight for shipment and transfers
Write freight bills
Assist warehouse manager in organizing and prioritizing shipments
Purchase parts from domestic vendors.
Fill in when needed for any warehouse or office duties
File and Organize shippers
Telemarketing calls-set up appointments for sales team
follow-up with sales lead
Delivery parts and make sales call
