Summary:
The Salesforce Administrator will maintain, upgrade and provide support for internal Salesforce users. The Salesforce Administrator needs to be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly be available to respond to help desk requests. The individual should be able easily to communicate technical concepts to users with varying degrees of technical knowledge as well as work with individuals in all department to help solve their technical issues. The Salesforce Administrator is also responsible for maintaining our Org, on-boarding new users, terminating access, among other duties.
Responsibilities:

Respond to end-user support requests
Maintain the user hierarchy
Install and maintain 3rd party packages
Granting and terminating users access
Configure and maintain objects and fields
Update user profiles
Create reports and report types
Create Dashboards
Perform bulk data uploads
Create and maintain sharing rules and public groups.






Skills:

Associate degree or higher in related field.
4+ years experience as a Salesforce administrator.
Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours.
Expert knowledge of Salesforce configuration and architecture.
Experience with DataLoader and writing SOQL statements is a plus.
