Qualifications

2 years of experience with Salesforce CRM.
Knowledge of CRM processes such as: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Customer Support.
Experience recommending solutions to improve business processes.
Must be proficient in creating Users, Email Services, Page Layouts, Approvals, Workflows and Validation rules.
Capable of Customized Reports, Dashboards and ability to monitor data quality.
Experience with Live Agent a plus.
Must have excellent written and oral communication, outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills.
Experienced in training and presentations.
