Adecco is searching for The Salesforce Administrator & Developer, who will oversee daily operations related to the administration, development, and management of Salesforce.   • Manages data and metadata including regular deduplication and field reviews, to maintain quality and accurate reporting
  • Supports new and existing Salesforce user base with questions and issues in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, CPQ)
  • Adds new users, check system permissions on users to restrict or provide data access and modify existing accounts.
  • Publishes content and updates to the Support Centers and sends related customer-facing communications.
  • Documents system configuration and administrative processes.
  • Maintains and develops knowledge of current Salesforce releases, features and best practices.
  • Maintains Salesforce Certifications
  • Manages multiple projects and responsibilities with ease


  • Software administration experience
  • Working knowledge of help desk ticketing systems
  • Basic Web Design skills, HTML
  • Data extraction/reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Production experience working with API, and web technology in cloud-based architecture
  • Solid software fundamentals in object-oriented algorithms, databases, and web technologies
  • Understands basic troubleshooting and network concepts
  • Ability to code in Apex and Visualforce
  • Ability to implement workflows, triggers
  • Understanding of XML, XSLT, SQL, related technologies for enterprise application integrations




Education and/or Experience or both:

  • B.S./B.A. in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience.
  • Administration experience of CRM software such as Salesforce Sales and ServiceCloud and related apps such as Parature, Zendesk, etc.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certifications (201 and 211).
  • Salesforce Platform Developer Certification
  • Experience with Salesforce object, layouts, workflows, process builder and validation rules, permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical support experience.
