Salesforce Consultant

Specific Functions:
•    Develop journey mapping, feasibility analysis, and facilitate the testing and adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and resulting business impact
•    Assess the data required to launch automations, campaigns and emails to different segments using various techniques (filtering, queries, SQL)
•    Provide functional solution support during implementation and post-implementation phases of projects
•    Troubleshoot data or technical challenges and work with teams across the business to find resolutions
•    Gather, analyze, translate and document detailed business requirements 
•    Create relevant business and/or technical documentation referring to both process and data flows
•    Engage with stakeholders to provide ongoing status reports of Salesforce-related projects
Qualifications:
•    3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Personalization Builder, Data Extensions, AmpScript (DMP a plus)
•    5+ years of experience in relevant marketing disciplines such as direct marketing, digital marketing (email, social, mobile, display), CRM & sales strategy, business intelligence
•    Deep technical configuration knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
•    Ability to illustrate and demonstrate Salesforce capabilities and resulting business impact from toolset investment
•    Knowledge of current marketing technologies utilized in supporting customer engagement & digital marketing operations (e.g. Marketing Automation, Personalization, Segmentation techniques)
•    Experience translating business issues into customer solutions including opportunity identification, requirements development, and delivery
