SAP-HCM Payroll and HR

o Lead from a functional HR user point of view, the implementation project of SAP HCM in the USA, providing the necessary functional knowledge so that the technical implementation team can advance in the parameterization and solve all the functional doubts that may arise as throughout the project, establishing the criteria to be followed according to local regulations and procedures.

o Integral process of personnel management, analyzing the applicable regulations, managing the incorporation and disengagement of workers (hiring, registration before the appropriate agencies, etc.), executing the calculation of salaries and the processes derived from it (tax withholdings, insurance social, accounting turnover, etc.), guaranteeing a high quality in the tasks and establishing the necessary protocols for the minimization of errors.

o Design and generation of reports and complex reports of HR indicators, reviewing, contrasting and analyzing the information, as well as proposing suggestions for improvement.

Desired skills and knowledge:

• Qualification in the field of Human Resources.
• Specialization in Personnel Administration.
• Languages: Native in English or bilingual. Knowledge of Spanish will be valued.
• Expert in personnel management: Hiring of workers, payroll calculation, management of tax withholdings and social insurance, processing of registrations and deregistrations in the corresponding agencies, etc.
• Expert in Office tools and ERPs of HR management, mainly SAP HCM. It is essential to have had experience and responsibilities in projects for the implementation of this ERP in companies, preferably foreign multinationals operating in the USA.
• Knowledge of advanced Office is also required for reporting (Excel, Access) and specific HR tools (SAP HCM and Oracle HCM).

• Senior Technical Profile with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Solid experience in SAP HCM implementation projects, having carried out direct responsibilities leading to the success of these projects.
• Experience in the development of reporting and management of important volumes of information in the area of Human Resources, valuable in foreign multinationals.
• Experience in the management of common social benefits in the USA (401K Pension Plans, Health Insurance, etc.).
• Valuable experience in budgeting
