Do you want to join an established Austin based company with opportunity for advancement?  Adecco is searching for driven call center representatives with some basic knowledge of medical terminology to work in a call center environment in North Austin as a Customer Services Representative.  Pay rate starts at $14.50/hr.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Answers incoming calls to schedule appointments.
  • Arrange outside exams and gather directions to all offices.
  • Explains the procedure and answer general questions about the exams.
  • Gives preparation instructions for ALL exams.
  • Gathers necessary medical information and follows guidelines about how the exam may change based on the information gathered.
  • Gathers demographic information & insurance information.
  • Receives phone calls and processes requests for medical records including films and digital images from patients and referring physicians.

Required Experience:

  • Customer Service experience (1 year)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
  • Ability to communicate in a professional environment
