Adecco is currently assisting a local client, recruiting for Scheduler/ Administrative Assistant jobs in Denver, CO 80239. These Scheduler/ Administrative roles are temporary to hire opportunities, with starting pay rates of $16/hr., plus overtime! These roles are Tuesday-Saturday from 7am-3:30pm.

Schedulers/ Administrative Assistants are required to:

  • Speak with customers over the phone in order to schedule, remind and follow up on appointments.
  • Add, cancel, or make changes to appointments in the organization's schedule.
  • Reply to emails regarding customer and internal inquiries.
  • Support the administrative team.
  • Schedule the manufacturing production or transfer (i.e. trucking) of products.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Computer literate and excellent verbal and email communication.
  • Maintain high level customer service over the phone.
  • Computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules.
  • Display kindness and be open to providing scheduling accommodations to customers, clients or staff.
  • High School Diploma/GED is required.
