Temp to Perm Opportunity in NYC
Job Description: 75% scheduling 25% other admin/clerical work. Scheduling entails logging into the system every morning to see who is going where and who showed up/didn’t show up and for what jobs. Handle inbox as there may be messages in email or voicemail of home care aides cancelling or calling out for the day. Home care aides may want to switch schedules and this person would manage that process and communicate with the client as well as homecare aide. Scheduler will talk with the clients and build relationship with the end users. Will be trained on the system they use as it is proprietary.
