Scheduling Associate

We are recruiting for an Scheduling Office Associate in Des Moines, IA. This is a long-term temporary opportunity that could lead to permanent placement.

As a Scheduling Office Associate, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Place outbound calls to schedule survey visits for policyholders, prospects, and agents
  • Use trip planning software and other available resources to identify the best routes
  • Make detailed trip plans that includes route, travel time and individual preferences
  • Recommend different schedules and reschedule appointments
  • Collect contact information and special instructions
  • Check service reports, recommendations and other correspondence for accuracy
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree is preferred. High Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Proficient is Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior office/call center experience required

  • The starting pay rate for this position  is $15 /hr., plus, overtime as needed.
