Adecco is urgently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to work for an Administrative Service Provider in Morganville, NJ. This is a contract to hire opportunity.


Responsibilities will include:

- Daily outbound calls to individuals requiring employment drug screens and background checks

- Scheduling individuals for required screens at the nearest medical laboratory or facility

- Following up with laboratories to determine if services occurred as scheduled

- Communicating results and next steps with individuals as necessary

- Performing data entry to update client account profiles with each individuals' background progress


Requirements Include:

- Previous experience working within a fast-paced environment

- Strong data entry skills.

- Great telephone etiquette and computer skills

- Ability to work in a team environment.

- Ability to work in a changing environment as it relates to the needs of the clients and associates

- Previous Dispatching or Customer Service Representative experience a plus


***The Director brings her small dog in the office most days. This is a friendly dog that does not bother any of the employees.


Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday

***You must have availability to work one late day per week which would be 10:00am-7:00pm


Pay Rate: $14.00 per horur
