Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Screen Printer for a medium size Corporation in Carlsbad. This is a full=time opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. As a Screen Printer, you will be in charge of operating and setting up the machine, troubleshoot and examine printed objects for defects under a microscope. Responsibilities for this position include:
  • Must have the ability to screen print Conductors, Dielectrics, Via Fill, Resistors and Capacitors. This entails setting up the machine, making adjustments based on self-inspection of prints
  • Must know the production support process, proper disposition and/or reclaim methods of chemicals
  • Must have the ability to do full trouble-shooting of equipment and or process
  • Must have the ability to communicate and follow directions
  • Examine printed objects for defects under a microscope
  • Keeps work area clean and safe
  • Works independently and with other departments on special projects

  • Screen printing experience is desirable
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and or practical experience
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manual
